Sponsorship Application Guidelines: Opportunities and Guidelines for Monthly Sponsorship Packages

Monthly Application: Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a monthly basis, and you must select your package by the 15th of the previous month.

One Sponsor per Business Industry: Only one sponsor will be accepted per business industry each month to ensure fair representation and avoid direct competition within the same industry.

Package Selection: Each month we may have different packages available, depending on the events we will have that month.

Selection Criteria: Sponsorship applications will be evaluated based on factors such as alignment with the event's purpose, target audience, brand compatibility, potential contribution, and available sponsorship slots.

Sponsorship package funds are utilized to support event operations, prizes/gifts or discounts for participants, and contribute a percentage to our charity partner.
